Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

I had been saving this decaying leaf to use as a stamp for paint on fabric but it looked good with my lemon.
Painted with watercolor and ink on Fabriano 140 lb. (300g) watercolor paper. Original painting is matted with archival mat and mounted on foam core, ready to frame. The matted dimensions are: 8" x 10"

In 2012, after creating mixed media fiber landscapes for 20 years, I began concentrating on painting on canvas, and photography. Inspiration for all my artwork comes from trips to China, East Africa, Russia, Antarctica, and extensive travel throughout North America and Europe.
